For early stage and established investors, we source & secure commercial property nationwide across most asset types.

We start with a 15 minute call to understand if we're a good fit.
We then go to a 1hr mapping session to understand the detail of the property you're looking for and we offer a very comprehensive overview of our services and fees.
At the end of this session we'll all have a good idea if it makes sense to work together.
We then offer a follow up session to run through the numbers with your accountant and lender/broker.
You'll get alot of value through these meetings and they're at no charge. We do this so we can also make sure that we work with the right clients.
If we're all happy to proceed, the engagement process begins.

The priority is to secure a great asset at a great price for clients. We excel is our due diligence and negotiations.
Whilst we can't always guarantee to secure sites at less than asking price, we do on average purchase at approx. 10% off marketed price.
In some instances - over 20%.

Our fee structure is tailored to the level of service you require.
You may required full service advocacy, or advice on a specific property to value and acquire.
Once you’ve booked your complimentary 1 hr consultation, we’ll walk you through the available options.

If you’re purchasing a commercial investment property, the fee is generally tax-deductible.

We specialise in commercial property, not residential investment. We can however refer to a great team.

While we cover most types of commercial property, excluding agricultural property investments, it usually depends on your strategy and what you’re looking to achieve. We can help you to gain clarity across both your strategy and goals to ensure you make an informed decision.

Commercial investments generally take longer than residential property purchases as there’s less stock nationwide and the extended due diligence process.
As part of a larger strategy, we’d suggest 4 - 6 months on average - be prepared however, that we find and secure your site within a couple of weeks.
Liaise with your accountant to ensure your set up with the right preliminary requirements to determine what property to purchase.

We don’t personally carry out the building inspections. However, as part of our full buyer advocacy package, we’re more than happy to manage the process for you, including liaising with our trusted team of contacts.
